Enjoy a welcome break in our self-catering cottages in Faversham

Welcome to our family run sheep farm which has been in the Flood family for generations. It is set in a peaceful location in the heart of the Kent countryside with lovely views of the surrounding area. Our holiday cottages are an ideal base for exploring the area, coast and country; there are plenty of walks and cycling routes on offer.

Whatever your preference, you will be assured of a warm welcome.

Our holiday cottages, the Farmhouse and the Granary both offer excellent self catering accommodation. The Farmhouse has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation. The Granary which has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, is also a lovely place to stay and recharge.

Both of our cottages are available for rent all year round so whether you would prefer a winter break and to snuggle up whilst looking out in the fields or prefer a summer break and walks in the Kent countryside, we are the perfect getaway retreat.

Wifi internet access is available throughout both cottages.

The Local Area

The village of Oare is 1 mile away and has two pubs, the Three Mariners and The Castle, both offering very good food.

Faversham which is 2 Miles away is a lovely Historic market town, it has a mainline railway station, London is an hour by train. Faversham has antiques, vintage arts & crafts and food markets once a month – as well as the regular weekly markets. There are also some lovely independent shops for all kinds of shopping.

There are plenty of choice for place to eat, many using locally produced food, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Oare now has a café on the creek which offers welcome refreshments especially after an enjoyable walk.
